Support Terms
Your Articles subscription includes 12 months of technical support from the date of purchase, provided through the DataSoft online support portal.
Support covers questions and issues directly related to Articles. Issues related to third-party software, network configuration, database setup, or operating systems fall outside the scope of this support agreement.
We aim to respond to all tickets within 2 business days. Support is available Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Bug fixes and software updates are included for the duration of your active subscription. Renewing your subscription each year ensures uninterrupted access to Articles, ongoing support, and the latest updates.
All support requests must be submitted through the DataSoft support portal. We are unable to accept support requests by phone or email.
