Sage 50 | Peachtree Configuration Files
Sage 50 and Peachtree Configuration files contain default information on program and company data locations. You can open companies outside of these defaults but when creating or adding common items they will exist at these locations.
Configuration files have different filename based on the version they belong to. They also exist in different areas on your computer depending on the type of operating system you have (32bit / 64bit). You may have to hunt around to find the configuration file you are looking for.
