This is more than just a report, it is an interactive emailing machine.  The report is designed to email quotes details directly to customers to close the sale.

Grouped by salesperson, you can email blast individual reports directly to your salespersons.

This report contains 2 reports, one for the salespeople and another that may be emailed to customers.

Features:

• Page by Page – the ability to email blast each employee with their customers expiring quotes.
• Email a quote directly within the report.
• The detailed quote report is editable, this includes logos and field title colors.
• Editable checkboxes:  check in the box if the customer has been contacted.  Checkbox if the quote should be closed.
• PDF is editable.  If the report is exported to PDF or emailed to employees.  They may use the report as a worksheet and email back to the office for staff to close the quote if needed.
• PDF contains email hyperlinks, providing the ability to click on the customer email address and create an email directly from the PDF.
• Table of contents and bookmarks to quickly view employees and customers.
