You have full control over managing maintenance records, including adding, editing, and deleting city, state, and ZIP code information. The dropdown editor helps ensure consistency across your database by maintaining standardized entries. This feature allows for seamless and accurate input of location details, preventing errors and keeping your records uniform.
Over time, this section can accumulate misspelled or incorrect entries, affecting the accuracy of your records. Our software provides an easy way to clean up and organize this data, ensuring consistency and reliability across your database. With these tools, you can quickly correct errors and maintain a streamlined set of records for efficient use.

To select or change which Sage 50 Accounting company you want to work with click the Open Company button.
To select or switch the Sage 50 Accounting company you want to work with, simply click the Open Company button. This will allow you to browse and choose the desired company. Choose the Data Path where your Sage 50 company data resides.

If you do not know where your Sage 50 Accounting data resides open Sage 50,
- Launch Sage 50 and open the company for which you want to send paystubs.
- Navigate to the Maintain menu at the top of the screen.
- Select Company Information from the menu (its located in the middle).

Take note of the directory highlighted in the red box, as you’ll need this information for the next step. This directory specifies the location of your Sage 50 company data.
- If the path includes a \\servername, be sure to record it, as this indicates the data is stored on a network server.
- The highlighted directory represents the Sage 50 database for the company you currently have open. This data could reside either on a local computer or a server, depending on your setup.

The objective is to ensure the Data Path aligns with the Directory listed in Company Information.
- If your data folder is not visible, it may be stored on a different computer or server.
- In that case, enter the correct computer or server name, then click “Load DBQ Names” to retrieve the available directories.
Once the data paths are loaded:
- Select the appropriate Data Path from the grid.
- You can either double-click to confirm the selection or click “Save and Close” to return to the previous screen.
