Password protecting the paystub

You can secure PDF paystubs using the PDF User Password, which applies globally to all employees. When an employee receives their payroll stub via email and opens it, they will be prompted to enter this password.

Additionally, the PDF Owner Password prevents employees from modifying the paystub. Only the designated owner with the correct password can edit the PDF using other software.

Both of these PDF Passwords are found in Program Settings window.
