Dropdown lists are utilized across various Sage 50 screens to maintain data integrity within your database. These lists include fields such as City, State, and Zip Code to ensure consistency in record entry.
Currently, Sage 50 does not provide built-in maintenance options for these items. Once a record is saved, the data is stored in the database and remains unchanged.
